AI Engineer (m/f/d)

You're fascinated by the possibilities of AI, but realistic about application scenarios? You know how to bring LLMs to their highest performance? You love delving into details of data and knowledge documentation?

We are looking for an AI engineer to implement further AI functions in our Wiki-software BlueSpice.

Tasks

• You create new LLM applications and agents for BlueSpice as part of the product.
• You optimize output regarding accuracy, speed, and conciseness.
• You maintain pipeline code on production level.
• You improve existing applications like chatbot, editing tools, and our RAG system.
• You implement customer-oriented scenarios.

Qualification

• If desired, you have completed training in the field of AI.
• You have experience with inputting prompts into modern LLMs.
• You have worked particularly with Python and LangChain.
• You possess knowledge in the areas of data recording and metadata design.
• You understand the requirements of a production environment regarding security, reliability, and compliance.
• You have understanding for and interest in open-source technology and cooperative, open development models.
• You can organize very well, have a sense of priorities, and stick to implementation deadlines.
• You speak fluent English and understand German.
