AI Engineer About the role We're looking for an experienced AI Engineer to drive the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the organization by identifying high-impact opportunities and delivering scalable AI solutions that create measurable business value. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between Business and Technology, helping stakeholders transform ideas and challenges into practical AI-powered solutions. You'll work across the full AI lifecycle—from discovering use cases and shaping business value to designing, implementing, and scaling AI solutions. What you'll do Drive AI Innovation Identify, assess, and prioritize AI opportunities across business functions, focusing on initiatives with the greatest business impact. Facilitate discovery workshops with business stakeholders to uncover opportunities for automation, optimization, decision support, and innovation. Translate business challenges into scalable AI solutions and implementation roadmaps. Build and maintain a pipeline of AI initiatives aligned with business priorities and technology strategy. Support business case development, value assessment, and prioritization of AI investments. Design & Deliver AI Solutions Lead AI initiatives from concept through pilot to production deployment. Design scalable, secure, and maintainable AI solution architectures in collaboration with Data, Architecture, Security, and Engineering teams. Coordinate implementation activities across internal teams, vendors, and technology partners. Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications, digital platforms, and business processes. Monitor solution performance and continuously identify opportunities for optimization and further value creation. Act as a subject matter expert on emerging AI technologies and industry trends. Partner with the Business Build trusted relationships with business stakeholders and understand their strategic priorities. Translate complex AI concepts into clear business language. Advise business leaders on AI opportunities, implementation approaches, risks, and expected value. Promote responsible AI adoption and support organizational change initiatives. Drive user adoption by ensuring AI solutions deliver tangible business outcomes. AI Governance & Best Practices Ensure AI initiatives comply with security, privacy, governance, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with Data Governance, Security, Legal, and Risk teams to support responsible AI implementation. Contribute to the development of AI governance frameworks, standards, and best practices. Identify and mitigate risks related to AI adoption and deployment. What we're looking for Experience Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in AI, Data Science, Machine Learning, Digital Innovation, or related technology roles. Proven track record of delivering AI or advanced analytics solutions from ideation through production. Experience partnering with business stakeholders to identify opportunities and deliver technology-driven improvements. Experience in regulated industries such as Life Sciences, Healthcare, Manufacturing, or Financial Services is a plus. Technical Skills Strong understanding of Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI Agents, and modern AI architectures. Hands-on experience with leading AI platforms such as OpenAI, Azure AI, Microsoft Copilot, Anthropic, Google Gemini, or equivalent. Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, fine-tuning, AI orchestration frameworks, and agent-based solutions. Good understanding of cloud platforms and modern data architectures. Knowledge of AI governance, Responsible AI principles, security, privacy, and compliance considerations. Ability to evaluate business value and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions. Soft Skills Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving technology environment.
