AI Engineer - M/F

At Hubvisory, you don't deliver a demo running on a laptop: you design, industrialize, and deploy AI solutions that live in production with major clients. As an AI Engineer, you are responsible for the technical design, deployment, and reliability of what we build.

What you do concretely:

• You build tailor-made AI architectures. LLM, RAG, fine-tuning, agents: you choose the components, you make the technical trade-offs, and you explain them. No stacking of trendy tools, but choices justified by a qualified use case.

• You take your models to production. Deployment, monitoring, latency, costs, long-term robustness. This is where the job truly lies, and this is what we expect from you from day one to the last.

• You go from prototype to scale. POC, MVP, industrial pipelines: you know when to go fast and when to consolidate, keeping the business objective in sight.

• You work in direct contact with the business. Product Managers, Data teams, MLOps, and especially the client. You explain what the model does, what it doesn't do, and why.

• You help others grow. AI acculturation of internal and client teams, sharing what you've learned in workshops, contributing to the AI Agents practice.

• You participate in Hubvisory's life. You consolidate your consultant posture and evolve, according to your aspirations, towards roles of technical lead, AI Lead, or Gen-AI Architect.

👉 The profile we are looking for

• You have real experience with generative AI in real-world conditions: LLM, RAG, agent creation. You have already put a model into production and can describe what happened between 'it works locally' and 'it runs at the client's'.

• On the technical side: Python, APIs, cloud deployment, and containerization. Classic ML is a plus, GenAI is the foundation. Fluent English is mandatory.

• Three qualities that make a difference here: the ability to simplify complex concepts for a non-technical audience, maintained curiosity (you'll be asked for your latest 'wow' moment during the interview), and resourcefulness on subjects without a manual.

How does the recruitment process unfold?

• Step 1: Exchange with an HR representative to validate the fit between your project and our model.
  Step 2: Technical GenAI interview with an AI Engineer from the practice.
  Step 3: Validation of your soft skills with an interview with a VP.
  Step 4: Phone conversation with an HR representative for the job offer.
