5 years of professional software development experience (ideally 7 years across backend/API/integration and cloud platforms) Proven ability to ship production-grade LLM applications (RAG, tool/function calling, agent orchestration) with reliability, security, and observability Proficiency in at least one backend language used for AI systems (Python preferred) and comfort integrating with enterprise stacks (C#/.NET is a plus) Hands-on experience building and integrating RESTful APIs; GraphQL expertise is a plus Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud; knowledge of containerization using Docker is a plus Experience working in agile environments, preferably Scrum or Kanban Strong understanding of software development principles, including design patterns, testing, and version control Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, monitoring, and logging Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical abilities
