Your missions
We are currently looking for an AI Engineer to support the technological transformation of our clients. You will join a technical team of excellence to design, deploy, and maintain state-of-the-art Generative Artificial Intelligence solutions:
You will be involved in three major areas:
Advanced AI Architectures & Agentic AI
- Design and development of Agentic AI architectures capable of autonomous reasoning and complex task execution.
- Orchestration of multi-agent systems to address cross-functional business use cases.
- Selection and fine-tuning of the most suitable models (Open Source or proprietary) for the needs (performance/cost).
RAG Development & Deployment
- Implementation of robust RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelines to connect LLMs to enterprise data.
- Management of vector indexing and optimization of semantic search (Vector DBs).
- Development of APIs and integration of AI components into the existing application ecosystem.
Industrialization & Monitoring (LLMOps)
- Production deployment of solutions in constrained environments (security, scalability).
- Advanced monitoring of LLM-based solutions: implementation of guardrails, tracking of response quality (hallucinations, relevance), latency, and costs.
- Setup of CI/CD pipelines and continuous model evaluation pipelines.
Your role will also include:
- Active technological watch: Daily monitoring of the rapid evolution of the GenAI ecosystem (new papers, frameworks, models).
- Technical scoping: Support for business units to qualify the feasibility and relevance of GenAI use cases.
- Best Practices: Contribution to knowledge capitalization within Margo's Tech community.
Profile sought
We are looking for engineers passionate about software engineering applied to AI, who wish to work in environments where code robustness is as important as model performance.
- Education: Master's degree (engineering school, university) with a specialization in AI or Computer Science.
- Core Technical Skills:
* Expert proficiency in Python.
* Proven experience with GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, Haystack, AutoGen, etc.).
* Knowledge of vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, Qdrant, Milvus).
- DevOps/LLMOps Culture: Familiar with Docker, Kubernetes, and model monitoring tools (LangSmith, MLflow, Arize, etc.).
- Experience: You have already participated in the production deployment of LLM-based solutions (not just PoCs).
- Mindset:
* Strong interest in demanding environments where quality takes precedence over quantity.
* Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Methodological rigor and "Software Craftsmanship" spirit.
