AI Engineer

Your responsibilities Building, testing, implementing, and developing AI products within the Empik Group, including conversational solutions, using the latest tools and technologies; Supporting the identification of AI application potential within the Empik Group; Ensuring the quality of solutions, developing best practices, and the technology stack; Leading projects and sharing knowledge with less experienced team members; Collaborating with stakeholders within the company to develop solution architectures that meet technical and business requirements. Our requirements You have over 3 years of experience as a Developer/ML Engineer/Data Scientist; You have practical experience in building and evaluating AI solutions and are proficient in the ecosystem of tools and frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, LangGraph, or similar; You have a strong command of Python and care about the quality of solutions; You have experience working with cloud environments (Azure preferred); You work daily with DevOps/MLOps tools - Git, Docker, CI/CD, Terraform; You can independently lead projects; You can think analytically and effectively communicate complex ideas; You are engaged and can collaborate with others. Nice to have Experience with developing AI chats/assistants.
