We are syte – a PropTech company from Münster, developing a KI-based software for the decision-making basis of real estate development. Our platform replaces weeks-long expert consultations with immediate, KI-driven analyses: project developers, builders, banks, and investors use syte to decide whether, what, and where to build, renovate, or acquire.

We operate as a KI-oriented company. Efficiency through AI is not a side project – it's our growth strategy. That's why we're looking for you as AI Enablement Engineer (m/w/d) at the earliest possible time. The position is remotely available across Germany or in our headquarters in Münster.

Your Mission:

• Development: You develop complex automations that go beyond the capabilities of no-code tools – API integrations, custom Python/TypeScript scripts, agent workflows, internal tools.
• Learning & Enablement: You empower colleagues from all departments to create their own automations. You lead the AI Circle, offer office hours, conduct practical workshops, and write the internal documentation that enables self-service.
• Tool Discovery: You select our AI tool stack. You define and maintain the standard set of approved tools, evaluate new tools based on costs, benefits, and risks, and eliminate unnecessary tools.
• Security & Compliance: You manage data flow and security. You are responsible for the AI Tracker, perform simple data protection and security checks for system integrations, and ensure compliance.
• KI Architecture: You create a common foundation – a shared infrastructure (authentication, secrets, integration platforms, prompt libraries, reusable components), so others can develop securely and quickly.

Your Profile

• Experience: 4+ years of practical experience in software development, automation technology, KI tools, or a related field.
• Solid Programming Knowledge: You bring experiences with Python or TypeScript and can leverage solid engineering, enablement, and governance to create real value through the KI tool landscape.
• No-Code Application Experience: Practical experience with at least one no-code automation platform (n8n, Zapier, Make, etc.) and secure handling of REST APIs, webhooks, and authentication patterns.
• AI-Native: You work at the forefront of KI tooling development. Claude Code is part of your daily toolkit. Programming agents, prompt engineering, MCP, and the latest LLM frameworks are part of your standard workflow. You bring new patterns quickly into the company, and set standards for AI-oriented work at syte.
