Job description
Many teams have AI tools available and don't know where to start. With us, you are the first person they get to know. You will meet them in training, let them try things out themselves, and find with them the areas where AI can noticeably make their work easier.
WE BUILD AI is an AI consultancy with its own engineering in Cologne. We are about ten people and work with medium-sized and large enterprises. Our ambition goes beyond chat: We bring AI to where it impacts processes and value creation.
Your Role
You will spend most of your time in training sessions and workshops with our clients. This will result in lists of pain points and potential use cases, of which you will bring the most promising ones into our Discovery Sprints. These are short, intensive formats in which we, together with the business units, find out where AI has the greatest leverage.
You can see whether your work is effective by how many teams continue after the training and how many projects grow out of it. Enablement is a new area for us, and you will help shape it from the very beginning.
Responsibilities
- You will conduct training sessions and workshops where teams can try out AI themselves and build initial applications.
- What resonates with teams will flow directly from you into the next version of our formats and materials.
- From training sessions and conversations, you will gather use cases and evaluate them based on benefit and feasibility. Some can be handled by a team alone, others require a larger project with us.
- In Discovery Sprints, you will moderate workshops and conduct interviews with business units, management, and the people who work with the process daily.
- You will speak at eye level with business unit leaders and management and recognize early on where a follow-up project makes sense.
- You will help build offerings, methods, and templates for the Enablement area.
Qualifications
- You enjoy giving training sessions, even if it's the fourth in a month. You can get groups from the technical team to management to participate, and you handle critical questions calmly.
- You understand how language models work and where their limitations lie. This keeps your use cases realistic.
- Moderation and interviews are your thing: You listen, ask follow-up questions, and summarize in a way that enables decisions.
- You are eager to build something for which there is no template yet.
- Ideally, you come from one of the areas of Training, Consulting, Learning & Development, Change Management, or Agile Coaching.
Benefits
- Benefit budget of 30 Euros per month for vouchers from 100+ providers, Urban Sports Club, or as a mobility subsidy for the Deutschlandticket.
- Company bike leasing through salary conversion, up to 40 percent savings. Full insurance and maintenance included.
- Flexible working hours and home office based on your own responsibility.
- Flat hierarchies and short decision-making processes.
- Mentoring and honest feedback that helps you grow.
- Regular team events, joint workations, and office dogs.
- Free drinks and snacks in the office in Ehrenfeld.
Our Application Process:
- Get-to-know-you Call with Mounir and Frederic, approx. 30 minutes. We will talk about you, about us, and see if the foundation is right.
- Trial Task for home plus presentation in a call, 45 to 60 minutes. You will work on a technical task that fits what you would actually do with us.
- On-site Meeting in Cologne. Joint meal, insights into our projects, and sparring with the team.
