To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced AI & E-Commerce Automation Specialist (m/w/d) who can intelligently connect our Shopify landscape, AI systems, and company software.

Your Tasks

AI & Automation

• Development and implementation of AI-based workflows with Claude AI and other AI systems
• Building AI agents and automations for marketing, sales, customer service, and internal processes
• Creation and optimization of prompts, automations, and workflows
• Identification of automation potential throughout the entire company

Shopify & Web Development

• Building, maintaining, and further developing our Shopify shops
• Creation and optimization of homepages, landing pages, and sales funnels
• Development of customer journeys
• Implementation of new functions and integrations

System Integration

• Anbindung und Integration von:
• Shopify
• HubSpot
• Billbee
• Google Workspace
• Klaviyo
• Meta/Facebook
• Versand- und Logistiksystemen
• ERP-, CRM- und Drittanbieter-Lösungen
• Einrichtung und Pflege von APIs, Webhooks und Datenflüssen
• Development of automated processes with Make, n8n or comparable platforms

Data & Processes

• Analysis of existing business processes
• Optimization of data flows and system landscapes
• Creation of dashboards, reports, and evaluations
• Dokumentation and continuous improvement of all automations

Your Profile

• Multiple years of experience with Shopify
• Very good knowledge in Claude AI and modern AI applications
• Experience with HubSpot, Billbee, and comparable systems
• Experience with API connections and automations
• Knowledge in Make, n8n, Zapier or similar platforms
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented work style
• Very good German language skills

You ideally bring with you

• Experience in the e-commerce field
• Knowledge in SEO and performance marketing
• Experience with Python or other programming languages
• Experience building AI agents and AI workflows
• Understanding of data-driven business processes
