AI Developer (w/m/d) – develop smart solutions with generative AI

Our client, a specialized provider for generative AI solutions, supports companies with tailored trainings, consultations, and implementations to integrate artificial intelligence effectively into their workflows – strategically, practically, and efficiently.

You want…

• to develop application-oriented solutions with Large Language Models (LLMs), Agent workflows, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
• to understand and further develop tools like ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot beyond their surface level
• to connect your developer skills with consulting competence and actively participate in customer projects
• to work with an interdisciplinary team that not only talks about AI but makes it operational-ready

Tasks

• Development of production-ready AI applications for real business cases – e.g., based on ChatGPT, Copilot, or comparable LLMs
• Setup and maintenance of intelligent workflows with LangChain, Haystack, FastAPI, vector databases, etc.
• Design of multi-agent architectures for complex use cases
• Integration of tools and services into modern cloud environments (Azure, AWS, GCP)
• Participation in scalable prompt strategies, toolkits, and interface solutions
• Implementation of solutions in line with the EU AI Act, data security, and responsible AI principles
• Closely working with KI coaches, developers, and customer teams

Qualification

• Experience in developing LLM-based or AI-supported applications
• Fundamental knowledge of Python and frameworks like LangChain, Haystack, FastAPI, etc.
• Ideal experience with multi-agent workflows and vector databases
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, GCP) and APIs
• Basic understanding of compliance topics (e.g., EU AI Act, Responsible AI, data protection)
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking – secure in presentation & consulting

• Communication strength and enthusiasm for active project work – internally and externally
• Residence in the Munich or Berlin area, as one day per week attendance at the office is required
