Job description

  • Experience with Azure AI/ML services: Azure AI Foundry/Studio, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Azure Machine Learning, model registries, monitoring
  • Very good knowledge of Python or .NET (C#)
  • Experience with RAG: vectors, indexes, document normalization
  • MLOps/DevOps for AI: Git, Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions, IaC (Bicep/Terraform)
  • Advanced techniques for document splitting and preprocessing (recursive, semantic, layout-aware chunking)
  • Experience with multi-step retrieval
  • Experience with re-ranking and improving agent quality
  • Cost optimization of RAG solutions
  • Large-scale RAG implementation
  • Experience in knowledge transfer and creating technical documentation
  • Providing services from Poland
  • Hybrid work: minimum 1 day per week in the office in Warsaw

Welcome:

AI Developer (Azure)

Location: Warsaw (hybrid model: minimum 1 day per week in the office)

B2B Contract: 160–190 PLN/h

We are looking for an experienced AI Developer who will design, implement, and maintain solutions based on Azure AI Foundry and LLM models used in key insurance processes. The role includes end-to-end work: from prototyping, through integrations and MLOps, to stable production and regulatory compliance. The team is working on agents, RAG, process automation, and secure AI deployment in the Microsoft cloud environment.
