MUST HAVE

Technical experience:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the Data Science / AI field, including at least 1 year of work on production deployments.
• Very good knowledge of Python (pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow) and SQL.
• Practical experience in MLOps (Azure ML, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
• Knowledge of NLP/OCR techniques and working with unstructured data.
• Experience working with cloud platforms Azure and GCP.
• Understanding of AI Governance principles and requirements resulting from the AI Act.

NICE TO HAVE

• Experience working with Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Power Platform.
• Certifications Microsoft Azure: Data Scientist (DP-100), AI Engineer (AI-102), AI Fundamentals (AI-900).
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and its specific business processes.
• Experience with integration tools such as Kafka or ESB.
• Practical knowledge of the Git version control system and work in Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Location: Warsaw

Hybrid model – 1 time a week work in an office

Cooperation model: Contracting, B2B

Salary: 150 - 180 PLN/hour
