AI Dev Coach

We are looking for an AI Dev Coach who will support the implementation and development of artificial intelligence usage throughout the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) for our client. This is not a role focused solely on one area – understanding the entire software development process, working with teams, and practical AI implementation within the organization are crucial. Scope of Responsibilities * Creating and promoting best practices for AI usage in SDLC * Designing new solutions and improvements to development processes using AI * Identifying areas where AI can increase team efficiency * Proposing concrete solutions for organizational and technical problems (e.g., bottlenecks in the development process, environment availability, data) * Supporting teams in implementing AI tools in their daily work * Coordinating and overseeing AI adoption within the organization * Conducting training sessions and workshops on AI usage * Supporting team organization and improving collaboration among them * Monitoring market trends and recommending new AI solutions * Evaluating the effectiveness of AI usage in various SDLC areas Requirements * Very good knowledge of the SDLC process * Experience with AI tools supporting development (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) * Knowledge in the area of: CI/CD, process automation * Ability to propose practical improvements based on AI * Experience working with teams and leading transformational / AI initiatives * Ability to conduct training and share knowledge * Ability to analyze and understand organizational processes * Quick learning and adaptation to new technologies * Very good communication skills * Willingness to work onsite in Warsaw (1 day per week) * Leadership competencies * Experience in Software Engineering / DevOps / Test Automation or related SDLC areas What is key? * Practical use of AI throughout the SDLC * Ability to work with people and influence teams * Leading changes and adoption of new technologies * Combining technical knowledge with process consulting
