AI Designer— Motion & Generative (M/F) - Permanent Contract - Paris

WHO ARE WE

Artefact 3000 is Artefact's integrated creative agency that combines creative talent with data & AI expertise. The agency draws its inspiration from reality and precise insights to conceive ideas that resonate and make an impact across all creative playgrounds, from AI to timeless media.

Based in Paris, Artefact 3000 has 65 employees and supports its clients in defining their communication strategy, designing and deploying integrated campaigns, managing social media, and digital production (content, digital experiences, websites).

MISSIONS

In this role, you will be in charge of the production of visual and video content using generative AI, under the direction of a senior tech creative and in direct collaboration with another creative. The majority of your activity will consist of executing creative briefs with AI tools, ensuring the quality and consistency of the final deliverables.

AI Production (Core of the role)

• Produce image and video content with generative AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Kling, Higgsfield, etc.) according to precise creative briefs.
• Ensure post-production and integration of AI assets into final deliverables (editing, compositing, motion).

Motion Design & Creative Execution

• Produce video content in motion design (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
• Adapt validated visual concepts to 360 campaign formats (social, display, digital film, OOH).
• Contribute to the development of mood boards and key visuals prior to production.

PROFILE

Experience

• Graduated from a Design school (graphic design or motion design) or with initial professional experience in an agency.
• A portfolio with concrete AI productions is mandatory; applications without AI deliverables will not be considered.

Essential Technical Skills

• Essential mastery of the Adobe Suite: After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Familiar with AI creation platforms (Higgsfield, Midjourney, Runway).
• Familiar with the following models (Kling, Seedance, GPT image, Nano Banana).
• Initial experience with an AI creation tool with a nodal interface is appreciated (ComfyUI, Magnific, etc.).
• Familiar with Figma.

We are looking for someone whose core business is AI production, and who uses motion design to elevate the quality of the final output. We are not hiring a motion designer profile who is "interested in AI".

You will join a specialized duo consisting of two creative and technical profiles.

TERMS

• Based in Paris 9.
• Start date: ASAP.
• Full-time position (Permanent Contract - CDI).
• Expected salary: €33k
• Possibility of 3 days of remote work per week.
