The Deployment Strategist will play a critical role in the company’s “land and expand” model — partnering with enterprise clients to drive successful AI deployments, build trusted stakeholder relationships, and uncover new transformation opportunities across the organisation.

This is a highly hybrid role combining:

The ideal profile will likely come from a top-tier consulting background (MBB preferred) with strong implementation exposure, combined with a hands-on, entrepreneurial mindset and genuine interest in AI and technology transformation.

Candidates should demonstrate:

• Experience delivering complex enterprise projects end-to-end
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in ambiguity and fast-moving environments
• Technical and commercial fluency
• A builder mentality with startup, product, or zero-to-one experience viewed highly favourably

This is not a pure strategy role. The successful individual will be execution-focused, client-facing, and deeply involved in deployment and expansion initiatives across major enterprises in financial services, insurance, telecoms, government, and travel.
