What awaits you:

• Development and implementation of data analysis, process optimization, and machine learning tools for innovative EUV measurement systems

• Analysis of large datasets and image data together with cross-functional algorithm and development teams

• Development of new methods for machine learning and data-driven applications in EUV metrology

• Implementation of AI initiatives from exploratory data analysis to agent-based AI systems

• Transfer of algorithms and ML models into maintainable, production-ready, and customer-oriented software solutions

• Management and organization of data science projects for the development of new ML applications in EUV metrology

Certain professional and personal prerequisites are helpful for this position. The following requirements give you an overview of which experiences and qualities are advantageous for this role.

What you should bring:

• University degree, ideally a doctorate, in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or Engineering

• At least three years of experience along the entire data science and machine learning lifecycle

• In-depth knowledge of data analysis, statistical methods, machine learning, and underlying algorithms

• Experience with optical measurement technology or strong technical understanding for processing complex measurement data

• Very good Python skills as well as experience with OOD, test-driven, and agile software development

• Proficient use of Git and Azure DevOps as well as experience with production-ready ML solutions

• Independent way of working, communication and team skills, as well as German and English language skills at least at B2 level
