AI Creative & MarTech Specialist

Are you passionate about creating content that generates impact, leveraging Artificial Intelligence to accelerate creativity, and building digital experiences that convert?

What are we looking for in you?

We are looking for a creative, highly technological, and results-oriented profile. We are not looking for a traditional graphic designer.

We are looking for a person capable of combining creativity, Artificial Intelligence, automation, design, video, and technology to develop high-impact campaigns, accelerate content production, and optimize marketing processes through AI tools.

They should be a curious person, with a continuous learning mindset, who constantly experiments with new platforms and integrates Artificial Intelligence as a natural part of their creative process.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, multimedia design, and content production.
• Experience developing B2B digital campaigns.
• Experience using Generative Artificial Intelligence tools applied to design, content, video, and automation.
• Experience working with Martech platforms and marketing automation.

Tools

Design: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Figma, etc.

Video and Motion Graphics: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and CapCut.

• Adobe Animate (desirable)

Artificial Intelligence: ChatGPT, Claude, similar.

Video Production: Gemini, Runway, similar

• Pika / Veo (desirable)

Voice and Voiceover: ElevenLabs

Landing Page and Application Development: Lovable

Image Generation: Gemini, Adobe Firefly, etc.

• Midjourney (desirable)

AI Automation: HubSpot AI

• Zapier AI (desirable)

Martech & Automation: HubSpot, CRM, Lead Scoring, Workflows, and Marketing Automation.

• Constant Contact / Cliengo (desirable)

Web: WordPress HTML5 and CSS3

JavaScript / Joomla (desirable)

Analytics: Google Analytics 4, Looker Studio
