Job description

AI Content Marketer (m/f)

Location: Kielce

Your Responsibilities

  • Creating newsletters for foreign markets in Claude (linguistic correction is done by a native speaker from the respective country)
  • Generating and correcting HTML email code in Claude
  • Building prompts and templates for the entire marketing team
  • Managing Mailchimp, Mailshake, and HubSpot: sending, recipient databases, automations
  • Content for social media in several languages: posts, carousels, stories, reels
  • Presentations, PDF catalogs, and Angloville brand advertising materials
  • Support with webinars and informational meetings: invitations, reminders, follow-up
  • Analyzing the results of your own activities and implementing conclusions in subsequent campaigns

Our Requirements

Our marketing is entirely digital and AI-based.

Newsletters, social media, catalogs, presentations – everything is created in Claude and then refined by a human. We are looking for someone who will work this way from day one. The most important skill is good prompting: to formulate a command, evaluate what came back, and bring the material to a send-ready version.

Ideal Candidate:

- works with AI daily (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) and knows that the result depends on how you ask the question

- very good Polish and English in writing, minimum B2

- a fluent pen and an intuition for when AI text sounds artificial

- accuracy and good work organization – we manage several markets simultaneously

- independence, creativity, communication skills

- marketing experience, short video editing

We do not require agency experience or coding skills. You generate HTML in Claude – you need to be able to evaluate the result, not write it from scratch.

What We Offer

  • Paid access to Claude and other AI tools, and time to learn how to work with them
  • Onboarding: you will work with an experienced team member for the first few weeks
  • Decision-making authority in your role
  • Employment stability – employment contract / B2B
  • Work in the center of Kielce with easy access or in a hybrid model
  • Discounts on Angloville services and the language platform

Benefits

  • subsidies for sports activities
  • private medical care
  • subsidies for language learning
  • subsidies for training and courses
  • team-building events
  • no dress code
  • birthday celebrations
  • employee referral program
