Responsibilities

Your Role:

Our marketing team continues to grow – what is now missing is the person who will elevate content and design to a new production level with AI tools: faster, more scalable, and with a quality standard that cannot be learned from reading but comes from real tool experience. You will work closely with the Senior Art Director and translate campaign and content concepts into visuals, motion graphics, and automated content pipelines.

Your responsibilities include:

• Conceptualization and production of graphics, social media content, ad creatives, and product visuals using AI tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Photoshop Generative Fill)
• Close collaboration with Senior Art Director and Content Marketing Manager – implementation of campaign and content concepts in image and video language
• Development and maintenance of AI-supported content workflows and automations (template systems, batch production, content pipelines)
• Video and motion graphics content with AI tools (Runway, Sora, CapCut AI or similar) for social media and ads
• Evaluation and introduction of new AI tools for design, content, and automation
• Ensuring brand consistency and quality for all AI-generated assets

Qualifications

Your Profile:

• Training/studies in graphic design, media design, communication design, or equivalent – career changers with a strong portfolio are welcome
• Practical, hands-on experience with AI tools for image and video generation (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway or similar)
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere)
• Understanding of prompting and workflow automation (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Make) is an advantage
• A feel for brand and visual language, as well as high quality standards for your own work
• Proactive, experimental approach – you test new tools before others have even heard of them
