The Role You’ll be part of the Social Media team, reporting to the Head of Social Media. You will be responsible for creating and executing innovative, high-performing content strategies across multiple social media platforms, including but not limited to X (formerly Twitter), Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. You will leverage AI tools to research trends, generate content ideas, and optimize content performance. Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals. Create engaging and informative content, including text, images, and videos, tailored to each platform's audience and format. Utilize AI tools for content ideation, research, and optimization. Analyze content performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve results. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, algorithm changes, and AI technologies. Collaborate with other team members, including designers, video editors, and marketers, to produce high-quality content. Manage social media calendars and ensure timely content posting. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with followers. Requirements 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and strategy. Proven track record of creating high-performing social media content. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices. Experience with AI tools for content creation and optimization. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong analytical skills and data-driven mindset. Creative thinking and a passion for storytelling. Bonus Points Experience in the crypto or blockchain industry.
