As an AI Consultant [m/f/d], you will transform business processes into robust automation and AI solutions.
Your starting point is not the tool, but the process. You analyze how a process actually works, break it down into triggers, decisions, data flows, exceptions, and interfaces, and identify where automation and AI create measurable and meaningful added value.
Subsequently, you translate these findings into robust workflows and AI-supported solutions. You connect business departments, IT, and management, make technical and conceptual decisions, and ensure that an idea becomes a productively usable solution.

• Analyze and structure business processes and identify automation potentials
• Design and implement AI and workflow solutions with tools such as n8n, Make, or Zapier
• Connect systems via APIs and JSON and ensure clean data flows
• Meaningfully integrate LLMs, Prompt Engineering, RAG, Tool Calling, and Agentic Workflows into processes
• Translate functional requirements into clear technical solutions
• Independently take responsibility for solutions from idea to productive use
• Measure results, improve existing automations, and make them scalable
• Consider GDPR, AI Act, and governance requirements from the outset

• Strong process thinking and a solid understanding of process modeling
• Experience with Low-Code/No-Code automation, ideally n8n, Make, Zapier, or Power Automate
• Good understanding of BPMN, APIs, and data structures
• Practical understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and LLM APIs
• Ideally, experience with RAG, Tool Calling, and Agentic Workflows
• Ability to structure complex requirements and communicate them understandably between business and IT
• Independent, analytical, and solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to take responsibility for decisions and results
• You measure your success by impact and results
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least C1 level) for communication with our clients

• Work from home or from our offices in Bremen, Frankfurt, or Sindelfingen – depending on your preference
• You have access to a modern tech stack
• You determine your solutions – from analysis to productive use. Your results are directly visible and measurable in customer business
