AI Consultant

Join a team specializing in Microsoft solutions, generative artificial intelligence, and agentic AI, and support our clients in the design and deployment of high-value-added AI solutions.

You will be involved in the entire project lifecycle, from identifying use cases to putting AI agents into production and industrializing them.

Requirements

Frame and advise clients

Support clients in identifying, defining, and prioritizing their AI use cases, in line with their business challenges and their Microsoft strategy.

Lead workshops with business and IT teams to understand needs, challenge ideas, and identify the most relevant solutions.

Translate business needs into concrete and achievable functional AI solutions.

Advise business leaders and CIOs on the possibilities offered by Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, and agentic AI.

Identify the prerequisites necessary for deploying AI agents in production: data, governance, security, compliance, architecture, and change management.

Participate in the definition of AI roadmaps and adoption strategies.

Design and develop AI agents

Design and develop AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Configure topics, actions, tools, instructions, and agent orchestration mechanisms.

Use Power Automate to automate business processes and orchestrate agent actions.

Connect agents to Microsoft 365 data and services, including SharePoint, Teams, and Dataverse.

Integrate agents into business applications and external services via connectors, APIs, and other integration mechanisms.

Participate in POC, prototyping, testing, and iteration phases until reliable, production-ready solutions are achieved.

Implement reliability and control mechanisms such as grounding, testing, guardrails, conversation evaluation, and supervision.

Analyze agent performance and contribute to their continuous improvement.

Participate in demonstrations, practical workshops, training sessions, and hackathons to promote the adoption of AI solutions.

Industrialize and secure solutions

Contribute to the implementation of best practices for the deployment and lifecycle management of AI agents.

Participate in the definition and improvement of ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) practices on Power Platform.

Contribute to the structuring of Power Platform environments and deployment strategies.

Participate in testing, acceptance, production, and stabilization phases of solutions.

Ensure the quality, security, governance, and maintainability of the developed solutions.

Document architectures, configurations, processes, and solutions to facilitate their operation and future evolution.

Educate clients on the issues of governance, compliance, security, and Responsible AI.

Develop AI expertise

Maintain technological watch on Copilot Studio, agentic AI, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Power Platform, and Azure AI.

Explore new features and identify their potential for client projects.

Share feedback and best practices with teams.

Contribute to the creation of methods, frameworks, accelerators, and offers around AI.

Participate in pre-sales activities, responses to tenders, and framing of AI projects.

Support the upskilling of consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the AI community.

Expected technical skills

Microsoft Copilot Expertise

Very good command of Microsoft Copilot Studio.

Good understanding of concepts related to generative AI and AI agents.

Practical or theoretical knowledge of:
