AI Coach

For our client in Lucerne, we are looking for an experienced AI Adoption & Enablement Specialist.

Your tasks:

• Support of three internal teams at a Swiss bank in the introduction, integration, and productive use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
• Accompanying the teams in the integration of AI and AI Agents into existing products, processes, and workflows.
• Promoting an AI-first approach throughout the entire delivery lifecycle, with the goal of increasingly having tasks performed by AI Agents and focusing human activities on review and quality assurance.
• Identification of suitable use cases and support in the concrete implementation of agent-based solutions.
• Building and further developing a central Knowledge Hub for providing knowledge, best practices, and experiences related to the use of AI.
• Coaching and empowering employees in handling AI, as well as conducting training and practical enablement measures.
• Active promotion of user acceptance and sustainable embedding of new AI-supported ways of working in the teams.
• Close collaboration with internal teams to define concrete implementation steps, solve challenges, and drive the integration of AI into daily work.

• Promotion of an innovative work culture and enthusiasm for agent-based ways of working.

Your profile:

• Sound practical experience in the introduction, integration, and application of AI solutions in a corporate environment.
• Experience with AI Agents and agent-based ways of working, as well as their use for automating tasks and processes.
• Ability to support teams in introducing new technologies both consultatively and operationally.
• Experience in coaching, training, and enabling employees with varying levels of knowledge.
• Strong hands-on mentality and the ability to pragmatically test new solution approaches and derive concrete implementation steps.
• Experience in change management and in promoting user acceptance for technological changes.
• Strong communication and coaching skills, as well as the ability to inspire employees for new ways of working.
• Independent, proactive, and assertive personality who supports teams in implementation and promotes the consistent use of AI.
• Fluent in German.
