6 years in software engineering, developer experience, platform engineering, or a directly adjacent technical role Experience with AI coding assistants (e.g. Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, or similar) in a professional and productionised context - not just experimentation Track record of working across organisational boundaries - either as an internal consultant, DevEx engineer, or technical lead embedded in multiple teams Experience designing and running enablement programmes or technical training initiatives that drive adoption and proficiency in AI technologies for non-technical stakeholders Key responsibilities: Design and deliver AI-related training and enablement programs for Antal's employees, partners, and customers Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of AI coding assistants and their applications across various industries and domains Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing processes and workflows Identify and prioritize opportunities to leverage AI technologies to drive business outcomes and improve operational efficiency Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including AI technology providers, partners, and customers Provide thought leadership and expertise on AI-related topics, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in the field
