Responsibilities

What awaits you with us:

• Analysis of exciting business processes with direct impact on company success: Together with our specialist departments, you will identify potentials in sales, marketing, operations, service, and knowledge management and develop value-adding AI use cases from them.
• Development of business cases for real AI initiatives: You will evaluate benefits, costs, productivity gains, and economic effects, and learn how to soundly prioritize successful AI projects.
• Working at the interface between business and AI engineering: You will structure and prepare technical requirements and translate them into clear requirements for our AI Engineers.
• A diverse and agile system landscape as a learning and development environment: Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Voice AI, RAG systems, Multi-Agent solutions, and modern automation platforms offer you exciting insights into the practice of modern AI applications.
• Short decision-making paths and real scope for initiative: As part of a newly established AI Center of Excellence, you will work directly with specialist departments, AI Engineers, and management, and can actively shape the development of new AI initiatives.

Qualifications

You'll convince us with this profile:

• A degree in business, technology, or analytics forms the professional basis; for example, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Controlling, Business Analytics, or comparable fields are conceivable.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a business environment as well as experience in creating and evaluating business cases are mandatory; experience in the AI environment is not necessary. It is important that you have already evaluated sound profitability and investment decisions.
• Proficient in handling numbers, analyses, and presentations: Excel is part of your toolkit, and experience with Power BI or similar BI solutions is a plus.
• Enthusiasm for AI, automation, and digital transformation characterizes you: you find terms like Generative AI, RAG, Agentic AI, or Voice AI exciting and want to understand their economic benefit.
• Willingness to travel every 4-6 weeks, a structured way of working, and strong communication skills in German (minimum C1 level): you can present complex contexts clearly and bring different stakeholders together successfully.
