AI-Business Analyst

With us, you will actively shape the future in the field of Artificial Intelligence! You will be significantly involved in the analysis, conception, support, and adoption of our AI solutions and drive them forward together with dedicated internal and external teams. We are looking for a personality who never loses sight of the essential when delving into concepts and code.

What you will achieve

• You will analyze business processes, identify concrete GenAI/AI use cases on-prem / Cloud, and drive them forward with a strong implementation orientation.
• You will translate business needs into clearly understandable requirements for IT, Data & AI teams.
• You will support the introduction of AI solutions from the idea through the pilot to a bank-wide rollout.
• You will drive AI adoption forward, for example through training, guidelines, and best practice formats.
• You will act as an internal point of contact for GenAI/AI, advise specialist departments, and moderate stakeholders.
• You will measure the benefits and acceptance of AI solutions and derive concrete improvement measures from them.

What you bring

• Education: Master's degree (University, University of Applied Sciences)
• Field of Study: Computer Science / Informatics / Business Informatics
• Work Experience: At least 5 years of AI Engineering / Business Analysis
• Several years of experience in Business Analysis or Requirements Engineering, ideally in AI, IT, or digitalization projects.
• Several years of experience with GenAI/AI solutions (e.g., LLMs, Chatbots, Engineering) and typical use cases.
• Experience in creating management presentations and presenting AI topics appropriately to all management levels.
• Very good knowledge of IT and AI landscapes (on-prem & Cloud) as well as a basic understanding of data protection/compliance.
• Experience in collaborating with various stakeholders and experience in change management / in enablement/adoption initiatives for new digital AI solutions.
