Job Title: AI & Automation Strategist Job Type: Full-Time / Remote Work Hours: EST Job Overview: Our client, a fast-growing consumer apparel e-commerce brand, is looking for an AI & Automation Strategist to unlock efficiency and innovation through automation. In this role, you’ll serve as both a builder and strategist—spending time inside the business to observe workflows, identify “low-hanging fruit” automation opportunities, and deliver scalable AI/ML solutions. You’ll work closely with leaders across the organization to develop and implement strategic plans for automation, leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making. Key responsibilities will include: • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and identify areas ripe for automation • Developing and maintaining a comprehensive roadmap for AI & ML initiatives • Designing and implementing scalable AI/ML solutions that drive efficiency and innovation • Partnering with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven insights to inform business decisions • Staying up-to-date on the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and automation technologies • Providing thought leadership and strategic guidance to senior leaders and other stakeholders. Job Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in AI/ML or related field • Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and applications • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) • Familiarity with cloud-based platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
