AI Automation Specialist

We are looking for an AI Automation Specialist to make automation a way of working at GAM. The role suits you if you are a hands-on and curious person, you enjoy building and testing concrete solutions, and you take ownership of what you implement. A big plus: you actively follow what's new in AI and automation.

Your Responsibilities

• Identify repetitive processes together with internal teams and prioritize automations with management, based on time saved.

• Design, develop, and test n8n workflows that connect email, documents, and company applications.

• Use AI models for data extraction from documents, summaries, and classifications, and Claude Code, JavaScript, or Python for the necessary scripts.

• Deliver constantly: approximately one new automation every two weeks, after the onboarding period.

• Ensure the stability of workflows through data validation, error handling, monitoring, and alerts.

• Protect company and client data through controlled access and solutions installed on GAM servers.

• Document solutions and help colleagues use new tools.

Essential Requirements

• Hands-on experience with n8n, Make, or Zapier and a portfolio with 2–3 automations used in real-life situations.

• You currently use AI models, including for code development.

• You work with APIs, JSON, webhooks, and JavaScript or Python.

• You quickly understand an operational process and transform it into a functional solution.

• You work autonomously, deliver at a sustained pace, and simply explain technical subjects.

• Prior experience in automation or programming before the advent of AI tools is not mandatory, but it is an advantage, as it helps you better understand what happens behind the solutions you build.
