Tasks
- Setup, development, and maintenance of automation workflows in n8n (main focus), Make.com or comparable platforms
- Optimization of CRM- and project management processes (e.g. Close, HubSpot, Clickup, Airtable)
- Data management: Scraping, Scoring, Enrichment, and ensuring clean data flows
- Integration of AI-supported technologies
- Closely coordinating with marketing and sales units to identify automation potential
- Documented, monitored, and continuous process improvement in ongoing operation
Qualification
- Completed studies (e.g. business informatics)
- German as mother tongue
- Experience in creating and optimizing automations, preferably with n8n
- Confident handling of REST APIs, Webhooks & JSON
- Understanding of marketing and sales processes
- High problem-solving competence, analytical working style, quality standards
- Intrinsic fire to continue developing and learning
