Ideal Candidate
We are looking for a technical person who thinks pragmatically and delivers developments and automations using the latest technologies. The ideal candidate combines experience in writing code with the ability to design workflows and architectures for automation. They must know when it's okay to use a low-code node and when custom code is needed. Works well autonomously, as well as communicates clearly with non-technical clients and other team members. We prefer people who think complex solutions but deliver simple, robust, and documented processes.
Job Description
Daily Profile:
- Translates client briefs into scalable workflow architectures.
- Implements no-code and custom nodes and logic in JavaScript or TypeScript when needed.
- Verifies, tests, and puts automation workflows into production that run stably.
- Writes runbooks and documentation so that colleagues or clients can operate the solution.
- Suggests product improvements based on patterns seen at clients.
- Clients understand and can use solutions delivered with minimal support.
- Produced workflows are stable and easy to maintain.
- The production team receives useful insights for the roadmap.
- Documentation allows for rapid handover and reduces incident investigation time.
- 3+ years of experience in automation, API integration, or backend development.
- Good knowledge about HTTP/REST/JSON, API authentication mechanisms, webhooks, and pagination.
- Experience with data models and persistence in SQL and/or NoSQL. Practices robustness: idempotence, retry/backoff, rate limiting treatment.
- The ability to explain technical solutions to non-tech clients and document handover and runbooks.
- Direct experience with any of n8n, Make, or Zapier.
- The ability to analyze and map complex business processes for automation opportunities.
- Experience in Python for data processing, ETL scripts.
- The ability to write and understand code for transformations and business logic, in one of the usual languages (preferably Node.js/JavaScript or Python). Knowledge must allow for implementing custom nodes, scripts, or serverless functions when needed.
- Experience with AI agents, LLM integration, or prompt design.
- A public repo or portfolio of workflows/integrations.
