Aufgaben

• AI Solutions Design: Conceptualization and implementation of AI-based solutions using modern LLMs (Large Language Models).
• Advanced Prompting & Engineering: Development of precise prompt strategies and system instructions to ensure consistent and high-quality AI outputs for business cases.
• Intelligent Automation: Building complex, agent-like workflows with modern automation platforms that seamlessly connect KI models with third-party systems.
• Cloud Foundation: Ensuring a stable and secure infrastructure basis within Microsoft 365 and Azure (Identity Management, API-Security, Governance).
• AI-Consulting: Consulting our customers on the potential of AI and conducting workshops on efficient use of copilots and individual KI models.
• Monitoring & Optimierung: Monitoring AI performance and continuous adaptation of models to changing customer requirements.

Qualifikation

• KI-Expertise: In-depth understanding of the current LLM landscape, as well as experience in systematic prompt engineering and context management.
• Automatisierungs-Skillset: Secure handling with Low-Code/No-Code tools for orchestrating data flows and KI interfaces.
• Cloud-Basis: Fundamental knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Azure administration as a technical foundation.
• Innovationsgeist: You follow daily the latest developments in the AI field and have the ambition to put them into practice first.
• Wertebewusstsein: A high degree of responsibility awareness in handling sensitive data and ethical questions related to AI
• Sprachen: German at a native level and conversational English (unavoidable for working with KI models).
