To strengthen our office team and optimize our processes, we are looking for an AI & Automation Manager (m/f/d) with a focus on active sourcing, immediately and on a permanent basis, full-time or part-time.

We want to integrate AI not just sporadically, but consistently into our daily work – wherever it makes us faster, better, and more efficient. For this, we are looking for someone who truly understands the possibilities of AI, actively follows new developments, and builds concrete applications for our company from them. You will work directly with our management and our teams and develop solutions that noticeably relieve us in our day-to-day operations: from intelligent AI agents and automated workflows to research, email, and proposal processes, as well as recruiting, reporting, marketing, and internal knowledge processes.

• Development and setup of AI agents for management, executives, and teams – e.g., for meeting preparation and follow-up, research, email, and proposal management
• Identification of new AI use cases and their transfer to our specific business processes
• Integration of AI into our existing system landscape, including Outlook, Teams, Salesforce, and Personio
• Evaluation of new AI tools and technologies: What brings us real added value – and what is just hype?
• Setup of intelligent workflows that combine and make usable information from different systems
• Identification of manual, inefficient processes within the teams
• Development of automation workflows for KPI reporting, offer calculation, tender management
• Support with marketing automation (e.g., landing pages, lead flows, content processes) where it advances sales/recruiting
• Collaboration with managers for the implementation of team-specific solutions
• Independent setup of small internal tools, AI solutions, and automations
• Build fast, test in daily operations, gather feedback, and improve – instead of months of concept phases
• Quality assurance, maintenance, and further development of existing solutions
• Documentation so that processes and solutions remain usable in the company long-term
• Close collaboration with management and teams to identify new potential early on

• Demonstrable practical experience with AI, AI agents, automation, and prompting (not "first experience")
• Very proficient use of current AI models and tools like OpenAI/ChatGPT and Claude
• You speak German at C2 level at a minimum.
• Experience with automation platforms like Make, Zapier, or comparable solutions
• Experience working with APIs and connecting different systems
• Basic technical understanding and ideally programming skills to adapt automations and implement smaller custom solutions
• Very good understanding of how a business problem becomes a functional technical solution
• Curiosity about new AI developments and the aspiration to stay technologically up-to-date
• Independent, pragmatic, and implementation-strong way of working
• High discretion – you work closely with management and sometimes with sensitive company data
