AI Automation Engineer (Remote) (m/w/d)

We consistently build our internal processes data-driven and automated. AI agents and automation are central levers here. Your mission: You will build an AI Automation Platform at Elektrovorteil that measurably improves operative processes. The focus is not just on one area but end-to-end automation across multiple teams.

Tasks

Development of AI Agent Workflows and automation for e.g.

• Sales Research, Buying Center Mapping, Lead Scoring
• Outreach Drafts, Follow-ups, Task-Steuerung
• CRM Updates, Data Quality, Reporting
• Support Ticket Triage, Answer Suggestions, Escalation Logic
• Integrations with core systems like CRM, Ticketing/Support Tools), Data Sources, Enrichment Tools
• KPI-driven Optimization and Iteration together with the teams

Qualification

• Very good skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with APIs, Webhooks, Data Pipelines
• Experience with LLMs: Prompting, Tool Use, Agent Workflows, RAG
• BUILDING and further development of AI Agent Workflows, e.g. with Moltbot or comparable frameworks
• Praxis with Automation Tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) or own Orchestration
• Ownership Mindset, structured Implementation, Focus on Quality
