As a central interface between the problems of our property developer partners and our tech stack, you develop solutions that are immediately adopted in everyday life – and that without months of coordination. Sometimes it's a cleanly built tool with its own backend, sometimes an automation that's ready in two days. You decide what the task really needs. Your area of responsibility

• You independently develop software for specific problems of our property developer customers: tools, services, and integrations – from the initial idea through the prototype to productive rollout. Frontend and backend with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, and Python, connected to databases like Supabase
• You design and build APIs and system interfaces through which our tools, our CRM, and our customers' systems interact
• You analyze manual, recurring processes within the company and automate them using Make.com, n8n, or Zapier – independently, rather than waiting for an explicit request. Process design is part of the role for us, not an additional task
• You continuously build our AI systems and the associated tech stack: LLM integration via APIs, connection of new models and tools as soon as they become relevant for us, and AI-assisted development with tools like Claude Code
• You develop MVPs and digital services using rapid prototyping and quickly validate new product and solution approaches with real use cases
• You take technical ownership for what you build: monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, and structured technical documentation are part of your responsibilities
• You make technical decisions independently and establish standards for how we use software, automation, and AI at yoursquares – with a direct impact on how the entire team will work in the future

• Completed degree or further education in AI, Computer Science, or Tech – or comparable practical experience
• Practical development experience with JavaScript/TypeScript or Python, ideally in a web environment (React, Next.js, Node.js) and with databases like Supabase or PostgreSQL
• Confident handling of APIs and data structures: you familiarize yourself with external interfaces and build your own without someone pre-empting you
• Experience with automation platforms like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier – you know when an automation is sufficient and when real code is needed
• Experience in building AI systems or in the productive use of GenAI tools and LLM APIs
• Initial experience in a start-up environment, ideally with touchpoints to product management
• Hands-on mentality: you prefer to build rather than plan extensively, and you put your results up for discussion on the same day
• Reliability and resilience, even under time pressure and changing priorities
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and teamwork skills – you can explain technical solutions comprehensibly even to colleagues without a technical background
