AI & Automation Engineer (m/w/d)

IT here is not just a service department, but shapes digitalization, automation, and modern technologies directly from operational daily business.
You will be part of a small IT team with short decision-making paths, lots of trust, and real design space. Your work will have an immediate impact on central areas such as production, logistics, and financial processes, with high self-responsibility and no advisory pressure.
Aufgaben
- Conceptualization and implementation of AI-based solutions in the sales field
- Lean Digital Transformation: Strategic analysis and process optimization by transferring manual workflows into efficient digital workflows and automation for sustainable efficiency gains throughout the company
- Digital Competence: You 'speak' software. You can write task lists, implement interfaces, and design IT architectures
- You move confidently in API-based architectures (REST/SOAP), cloud environments
- Tight cooperation with departments such as production, logistics, and administration and translation of requirements into use cases
- Modern working with the Scrum method under the use of Jira
Qualifikation
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a developer, ideally in the logistics field
- Safe handling of at least one of the following programming languages: C#, Python or JavaScript
- Practical touchpoints or profound knowledge in automating logistics processes (e.g. warehouse/transport logic, interfaces to logistics systems)
- Ideal background in the field of logistics, supply chain or operational process environment
- Analytical mindset: You love clear structures and have the bite to standardize and 'straighten out' processes company-wide
