You will be part of a small IT team with short decision-making paths, lots of trust, and real design space. Your work will have an immediate impact on central areas such as production, logistics, and financial processes, with high self-responsibility and no advisory pressure.

Aufgaben

• Conceptualization and implementation of AI-based solutions in the sales field
• Lean Digital Transformation: Strategic analysis and process optimization by transferring manual workflows into efficient digital workflows and automation for sustainable efficiency gains throughout the company
• Digital Competence: You 'speak' software. You can write task lists, implement interfaces, and design IT architectures
• You move confidently in API-based architectures (REST/SOAP), cloud environments
• Tight cooperation with departments such as production, logistics, and administration and translation of requirements into use cases
• Modern working with the Scrum method under the use of Jira

Qualifikation

• At least 3 years of professional experience as a developer, ideally in the logistics field
• Safe handling of at least one of the following programming languages: C#, Python or JavaScript
• Practical touchpoints or profound knowledge in automating logistics processes (e.g. warehouse/transport logic, interfaces to logistics systems)
• Ideal background in the field of logistics, supply chain or operational process environment
• Analytical mindset: You love clear structures and have the bite to standardize and 'straighten out' processes company-wide
