AI & Automation Engineer / Data Engineer (m/w/d)

We are looking for a technically skilled person who translates requirements from various departments into functional digital solutions. The processes and needs have already been taken up in the company – now we are looking for someone who develops feasible technical concepts, prototypes, and production-ready applications.

In the foreground stand questions like:

• What automation solution fits the respective process?
• Which KI or LLM model is suitable for the use case?
• How can data be processed securely, efficiently, and data-sparingly?
• How will interfaces, workflows, and KI components be integrated stably into the existing IT landscape?

Aufgaben

You design the technical implementation of automation and AI application cases.

This includes:

• Technical evaluation and implementation of automation and AI use cases
• Development of prototypes, workflows, and data-based solutions
• Integration of interfaces, APIs, data sources, and applications
• Selection and evaluation of suitable tools, models, and technologies
• Participation in solutions around local LLMs, RAG, document processing, assistant systems or process automation
• Safeguarding of data protection, data sparsity, stability, and scalability
• Tight cooperation with departments, digitalization, and IT

Qualifikation

You fit well into this role if you like to develop technical solutions pragmatically and have a good understanding of data, automation, and AI.

• BI-/Data-Specialist with automation reference

Important are knowledge in some of the following areas:

• Python, SQL or comparable scripting
• APIs, interfaces, and databases
• Workflow automation like N8N or MCP, RPA or low-code/no-code platforms
• Data modeling, data flows, or ETL/ELT processes
• Ai/Llm applications, RAG, local models, or document processing
