AI Automation & Content Operator (m/w/d)

We are looking for someone who is really interested in AI and enjoys building modern systems instead of just doing simple tasks.

You will work directly on real projects from the areas of Social Media, Automation, Creator Economy, and AI Workflows. It's not just about classical assistant tasks, but about making processes more efficient and smarter with AI.

Tasks

• Support in building AI workflows and automations
• Working with ChatGPT, Claude, Make, Airtable, and other AI tools
• Researching and testing new AI tools and systems
• Supporting internal processes and agent systems
• Creating prompts, documentation, and workflows
• Supporting Social Media, Content, and creative processes
• Building efficient internal systems for our team

Qualification

• You are privately or professionally intensely involved with AI
• You know tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar systems
• You work independently and think solution-oriented
• You are tech-savvy and learn quickly new tools
• You have interest in Social Media, Automation, or digital business models
• Experience with Make, Notion, Airtable, or automations is a plus, but not a must
