We are building systems that automate the go-to-market of our customers, with Artificial Intelligence Agents and Automations. You translate concepts into running systems. We define together what will be built. You take over the construction independently, so that the system runs reliably and customer-ready without anyone constantly looking over your shoulder.

Aufgaben

What you do

• Built end-to-end Artificial Intelligence Automations and Agents, from Trigger to API connection to LLM logic.
• Connect tools of our customers: CRM, E-Mail, Ads, data sources.
• Harden and hand over systems with documentation, monitoring, and clean error handling, so they run at the customer's site without babysitting.
• Making recurring patterns into building blocks, so that the next system stands faster.

Qualifikation

What you bring

• You have built Automations and Agents yourself, in n8n, Make or comparable.
• You understand APIs and Webhooks and can read and connect to a foreign documentation.
• You work safely with LLMs and Prompting and get even unsavory output under control.
• You think in systems rather than individual clicks and thoroughly consider a solution from start to finish.
• You work independently and remotely, without daily nudging.
• You are proficient in German for negotiations (location irrelevant), English for tools and documentation.

A plus is (not a must)

• Background from Marketing, Coaching, Consulting or Agency. Your own self-employment there is a strong plus, because you immediately understand what we are working on.
• Coding (JS/Python). You're now building many KI-supported things, so it's not a deal-breaker. What matters is that the solution works.
• Experience with multi-step AI Agents or using KI to access your own company knowledge (RAG/vector databases). Bonus: running n8n on your own server.

We are NOT looking for

• KI strategists who talk a lot and haven't built anything.
• People who need close guidance and tickets.
• Senior Engineers who think No-Code is beneath them.
• Perfectionists who polish for months instead of delivering.
