Your mission: You build at Elektrovorteil an AI Automation Platform that measurably improves operative processes. Focus is not just on one area but end-to-end automation across multiple teams.

Tasks

• Development of AI Agent Workflows and automation for e.g., Sales Research, Buying Center Mapping, Lead Scoring
• Outreach Drafts, Follow-ups, Task-Steering
• CRM Updates, Data Quality, Reporting
• Support Ticket Triage, Response Suggestions, Escalation Logic
• Integrations with core systems like CRM, Ticketing/Support Tools), Data Sources, Enrichment Tools
• KPI-driven optimization and iteration together with the teams

Qualification

• Very good skills in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript
• Experience with APIs, Webhooks, Data Pipelines
• Experience with LLMs: Prompting, Tool Use, Agent Workflows, RAG
• BUILDING and further development of AI Agent Workflows
• Praxis with Automation Tools (n8n, Make, Zapier) or own orchestration
• Ownership Mindset, structured implementation, focus on quality
