AI Associate - Voice Agents (m/f/d)

Voice agents are already taking on real work today. They schedule appointments, handle inquiries, and process workflows that deeply integrate into our clients' systems. At Lane One, we build and operate exactly that for small and medium-sized businesses in Germany and Austria, especially in industries where a missed call costs real money.

Your Role: You turn customer requirements into an agent that truly works.**

You sit in workshops with the client, understand their processes and their System of Record, and then translate that into a voice agent on our platform that can do precisely what is needed.

Tasks

What You Do

• Lead Workshops – You conduct requirements workshops with clients, from management to specialized departments, and jointly determine how the agent should operate.
• Build Agents – You develop the agent on our platform, integrate it into the client's system using Custom-MCP-Tools, and test it thoroughly.
• Support Clients Long-Term – After go-live, you remain the point of contact for further development and fine-tuning of the agent.
• Shape the Product – You systematically feed customer feedback back to the team so that the platform and templates continuously improve.

• Structured Thinking – You translate complex, often unclear customer processes into clear, actionable logic.
• Communication Skills – You speak with managing directors just as confidently as with IT contacts and explain technical topics understandably.
• Accuracy – An agent that speaks with real callers in live operation must function flawlessly and also cover edge cases.
• Get-Shit-Done Mentality – You pragmatically find the path to a solution without overengineering.

Technical Toolkit

• API Understanding – You know how REST APIs work and can read and debug API calls.
• Basic Programming Skills – You bring a solid technical foundation.
• AI Affinity – You use AI tools confidently in your daily work.
• Platform Expertise – Ultimately, you will become the person who understands our platform better than anyone else.

Languages: German and English fluent

Nice to have: Experience in Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Technical Consulting, or Customer Success, ideally with SaaS platforms or in the AI field. Industry knowledge in healthcare is a plus.
