AI Architect - Bosch Mobility (m/f)

As an AI Architect, you will design, develop, and implement innovative and scalable AI solutions that leverage cutting-edge technologies like Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI (GenAI), and Large Language Models (LLMs). You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions that align with strategic goals and drive business value.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Solution Design & Implementation

• Architect scalable AI frameworks, ensuring seamless integration into enterprise systems.
• Oversee the development and deployment of AI solutions, with a focus on optimizing performance, scalability, and operational efficiency.
• Lead the design and execution of proofs of concept (PoCs) and pilot implementations to validate AI applications.

2. Productization & Deployment

• Manage the transition of AI models from development to production, ensuring reliability, retraining cycles, and operational excellence.
• Implement best practices for infrastructure, including containerized deployments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker), microservices and serverless architectures.

3. Tooling & Technology Expertise

• Work with advanced tools, including vector databases, cloud-native AI platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures for enterprise LLM workflows.
• Stay ahead of emerging trends to ensure the adoption of the most effective tools and frameworks.

4. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to align AI strategies with organizational objectives.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications and scalable architectures.

5. Monitoring & Optimization

• Oversee model performance monitoring and establish evaluation frameworks to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure AI solutions align with compliance, security, and ethical standards.
