AI and Automation Leader @ Belvedere Recruitment

Requirements 10–15 years' experience in automation, AI, digital transformation, or related roles. Strong hands-on experience with RPA tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere. Exposure to AI/ML, data analytics, or intelligent automation solutions. Proven experience delivering automation programmes within Global Business Services, Shared Services, or enterprise environments. Demonstrated track record of delivering measurable cost savings or efficiency improvements through automation and process optimization. Strong understanding of business processes and ability to identify opportunities for automation. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders. Ability to lead and manage a team of automation professionals. Experience working in an Agile environment, preferably with Scrum or Kanban methodologies. Familiarity with cloud-based platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global team.
