AI Agent Specialist

We are looking for an AI Agent Specialist specializing in the design and development of intelligent software agents, autonomous workflows, and AI-based automation solutions. The role will involve creating agentic systems capable of interacting with applications, APIs, databases, and business tools to support complex operational processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Development of autonomous or semi-autonomous AI agents for enterprise use cases.
• Design of multi-agent workflows and event-driven processes.
• Integration of agents with APIs, enterprise systems, databases, and collaborative tools.
• Implementation of memory systems, planning, tool calling, and orchestration.
• Definition of control logic, escalation, auditability, and human supervision.
• Collaboration with AI architects and application teams to industrialize solutions.

Technical Skills

• Python and/or Node.js.
• AI Agent frameworks such as CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGPT, or equivalents.
• LLMs, Prompt Engineering, tool calling, and function calling.
• Event-driven architectures, REST APIs, and application integration.
• Databases, code, messaging systems, and process automation.
• Logging, monitoring, error management, and application security.

Soft Skills

• Pragmatic approach to process automation.
• Ability to analyze operational flows and transform them into software solutions.
• Attention to the robustness, traceability, and governance of agents.
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and results orientation.
