We are looking for Candidates for the position of AI Agent Developer.

What is there to do?

• Designing, developing, and implementing AI agents based on language models (OpenAI, GPT, Gemini, others)

• Building Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using vector databases

• Implementation of hybrid search systems (semantic search, fuzzy logic, trigram, FTS)

• Creating and optimizing interaction flows (prompt engineering, chains, multi-agent orchestration)

• Optimization of performance, costs, and quality of AI responses

• Monitoring trends in the AI/ML area and proposing innovative solutions.

Check if your competencies match our needs! We invite you to join us if:

• You have a minimum of 2 years of experience working with AI/ML solutions, including LLMs

• You have experience in designing and building AI agents (e.g. using OpenAI, LangChain, Haystack)

• You have practical knowledge of vector databases, e.g. Supabase / PostgreSQL

• You are fluent in Python and/or Java (integration libraries, AI frameworks)

• You have experience in designing and exposing REST API / GraphQL

• You communicate fluently in Polish

• You know English at a minimum level of B2

We will be impressed if you additionally:

• You know DevOps / MLOps – Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, MLflow, Git

• You have experience working with the cloud (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI)

• You know front-end frameworks (e.g. React, Angular, Spartacus) in the area of chat UI

What does the recruitment process look like?
