For demanding projects at the intersection of Agentic AI and Data Engineering, we are looking for reinforcement.

Your Responsibilities

Your focus will be on the conception, development, and implementation of AI agents that intelligently support and automate data processing and transformation processes.

• Development, integration, and continuous optimization of AI agents based on Microsoft Copilot and GitHub Copilot

• Conception and implementation of agent-based automation solutions for data pipelines

• Integration of data sources, databases, and data warehouse platforms

• Development of AI-supported solutions for ETL, data integration, and data transformation processes

• Connection of AI agents to existing applications, APIs, and data platforms

• Analysis of business requirements and their implementation into productively usable AI solutions

• Ensuring the quality, performance, and maintainability of the developed solutions

• Collaboration with Data Engineers, Software Developers, Product Owners, and business departments

• Use of modern development, testing, and deployment methods

What You Bring

Technical Requirements

• Completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable IT qualification

• At least two to three years of practical experience in the development of AI agents or AI-supported solutions with Microsoft Copilot and/or GitHub Copilot

• Demonstrable experience with the conception and implementation of Copilot-based agent systems

• Practical knowledge in Data Engineering and the development of data pipelines

• Experience with ETL/ELT processes and data transformations

• Knowledge of relational databases, SQL, and modern data warehouse solutions, preferably Microsoft SQL Server

• Understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality

• Experience with modern development tools, version control, and CI/CD

• Good German language skills and fluent English language skills

Desirable Additional Skills

• Microsoft Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot

• Snowflake as a cloud data platform

• dbt Cloud for data modeling and data transformation

• Data Vault architectures

• Microsoft Azure and Azure DevOps

• Integration of Large Language Models (LLMs), Tool Calling, and API-based agent solutions
