Job description
Agricultural Mechanic Job Responsibilities: Repair and maintain agricultural equipment such as tractors, plows, harvesters, and irrigation systems. Diagnose issues with machinery, perform adjustments, and conduct routine maintenance to ensure proper functioning. Keep detailed records of service and maintenance work performed on equipment. Test equipment after repairs to ensure proper functionality before returning to service. Collaborate with other maintenance and farm workers to troubleshoot any problems that may arise during the repair process. Ensure all work is completed in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with farmers and other stakeholders about equipment status and any necessary repairs or maintenance.
