Description of the post:

As an Agricultural Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and maintaining agricultural equipment. You will play a key role in ensuring the performance and durability of machines used by our clients.

Main missions will be:

Diagnostic and repair:

• Identify mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures of agricultural equipment.
• Perform necessary repairs to put machines back into optimal functioning state.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance operations.

Vehicle maintenance:

• Ensure periodic revisions and routine checks on tractors, combine harvesters, and other agricultural equipment.
• Perform necessary adjustments to optimize equipment performance.
• Conduct safety checks before returning equipment to clients.

Documentation and reports:

• Fulfill technical intervention records and maintenance reports.
• Use diagnostic computer tools to identify and resolve problems.

Collaboration and communication:

• Counsel clients on necessary interventions and respond to their questions.
• Ensure clear and professional communication with clients regarding the state of their equipment.

• Degree in agricultural mechanics or equivalent (CAP, Bac Pro, BTS).
• Significant experience as an agricultural equipment mechanic.
• Techincal skills in mechanics, hydraulics, electricity, and electronics of agricultural machines.
• Able to diagnose and resolve complex problems.
• Sense of organization, rigor, and team spirit.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
