About the role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join a dynamic and professional team.

What you'll be doing
As a key member of the service team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of farming equipment.
Your core duties will include:
- Carrying out fault-finding and diagnostic work using modern diagnostic tools
- Performing maintenance, servicing, and repairs on diesel engines, driveline, hydraulics, and electrical systems
- Working both in the workshop and out in the field to support customer equipment
- Completing accurate job cards, reports and service documentation
- Providing excellent customer service during on-site visits and workshop interactions
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism
What we're looking for
- Diesel Mechanic with a relevant automotive trade qualification
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills - ability to troubleshoot complex machine systems
- Proven experience with tractors and other farming equipment
- Solid hydraulics skills and diagnostic capability
- Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively within a workshop team
- Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach
- A positive, reliable work ethic and commitment to quality outcomes
