About the role
We're looking for a skilled and motivated Diesel Mechanic to join a dynamic and professional team.

This is an opportunity offering a mix of workshop and field-based work, ideal for someone who enjoys variety, technical challenge, and delivering high-quality service.


What you'll be doing
As a key member of the service team, you'll be responsible for diagnosing, servicing, and repairing a wide range of farming equipment.

Your core duties will include:
  • Carrying out fault-finding and diagnostic work using modern diagnostic tools
  • Performing maintenance, servicing, and repairs on diesel engines, driveline, hydraulics, and electrical systems
  • Working both in the workshop and out in the field to support customer equipment
  • Completing accurate job cards, reports and service documentation
  • Providing excellent customer service during on-site visits and workshop interactions
  • Maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and professionalism

What we're looking for
  • Diesel Mechanic with a relevant automotive trade qualification
  • Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills - ability to troubleshoot complex machine systems
  • Proven experience with tractors and other farming equipment
  • Solid hydraulics skills and diagnostic capability
  • Ability to work independently in the field and collaboratively within a workshop team
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach
  • A positive, reliable work ethic and commitment to quality outcomes
