In the agricultural value chain, the RWZ group as a wholesaler bundles purchasing and sales volumes of crop products such as grain, oilseeds or potatoes as well as farm equipment and technology for agriculture, viticulture, horticulture and forestry. As a retailer, we offer our customers a wide range of products from seed to harvest, including seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, plant protection products, agricultural machinery, tractors, plows, cultivators, harrows, mowers, balers, rakes, tedders, forage harvesters, and more. Our sales team is looking for an experienced agrarfachberater (m/w/d) to support our external service in the western federal states. The ideal candidate should have a degree in agricultural science or a related field, several years of experience in the agricultural industry, and excellent communication skills. The job holder will be responsible for advising farmers on crop management, soil conservation, and integrated pest management, as well as providing information on new products and technologies. The successful candidate will also be expected to maintain relationships with existing customers and establish new ones.
