About the Role We are seeking an experienced AGM – Engineering to join our team. This pivotal role will lead the engineering function, ensure operational excellence, oversee projects and technical compliance, and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership. Responsibilities Ensuring uninterrupted operation of all manufacturing processes and equipment; Developing and implementing process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve product quality; Providing technical expertise and support to production teams; Overseeing the implementation of new technologies and systems; Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field; Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role; Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and equipment; Excellent communication and leadership skills; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
